4 questions people ask about me and my work:

I get it. You’re not nosey, you just need to be sure.

You: Why do you think you can help me?

Me: Once upon a time, when I was young and innocent, (okay, younger and innocent-er), I was the owner of a business.

I was selling these adorable, handmade novelty baby gifts. But it wasn’t doing that well.

Look, I had a great product and a pretty website.

But I had no idea that the words on my website needed to be written with consumer-psychology principles in mind. I’d not a clue that even with a great product, I needed to have a brand in order to stand out.

Then again, this was the era of my life I call BC (Before Copywriting, that is ;))

I sold the business and discovered the world of branding and copywriting soon after.

And I haven’t looked back.

So yes, I know exactly what it feels like to be struggling with your messaging, and how much of a drag it can be on your potential to scale.

And knowing that has made me pretty obsessed with making sure businesses have the strategy and messaging they need to build a winning brand.

You: Are you trained?

Me: Yes. By some of the top names in the industry. For about 347 hours. And I’m always upping my game through continuing training. Now that is a LOT of expert knowledge going into your project.

You: How experienced are you?

Me: So far, I’ve had the pleasure of helping tens of awesome businesses find clarity in their marketing, many of them becoming steady clients.

Other things I’ve been doing with my storehouse of knowledge:

Giving a course on copywriting for designers

‘’The student feedback re: the copywriting mini-course has been outstanding. The material was extremely useful and the students really enjoyed it.’’

Zippy Thumim, CEO, Design Alive

“I highly recommend this course – it opened up a whole new world to me! Chani was an AMAZING teacher! The material packed into those 3 hours was more than I could’ve ever imagined! It’s really going to up the level of my work!’’

Goldy Mezei, Graphic Designer

The other day, I signed up for Chani Pollins’ ‘Consultant-on-Call’ coaching program.

And it’s cooool. ✨

Got off from a strategy call with her yesterday (as part of my package perks) and the smile on my face…

Well..

…it would have been embarrassing had you seen it. 😊

It was that huge.

Chani, thanks for an amazing value-packed consultancy package.

You: What does your life look like outside of marketing?

Me: Pfffhaha! Can there be life outside of marketing?

Outside of marketing, I try to spell things properly. Ahem.

Being British, with many US-based clients… let’s just say it’s done something funny to my spelling.

On a serious note, being a lucky wife, and a proud mom of 3 gorgeous people under the age of 6 makes me grateful to own my business and work from home. I’m blessed that I get to be there in all those exhilarating (and exasperating!) family moments.

My favorite color is turquoise. (You’d never have guessed, huh?)

I love anything with nuts and chocolate. Peanut chews are my idea of heaven. Ok, peanut chews and a good book. Aaaahhhhh.
